Voice Support - both Technical & Non-Technical. Servicing Clients from UK / USA on Services.
Will be responsible for handling and reporting projects with word and power point.

*Handling inbound client calls and handling their requirements
*Good at client interaction and listening skill
*willing to work in International Time Zones
