Customer Service-Mumbai
Key Responsiblities:
• Handling clients
• One point contact for all queries
• Building up of customer data base
• Maintaining a good rapport with all the clients
• Welcome calls for customers.
No targets.
No Night Shifts.
Centralised pick and drop facility.
Candidates must be a graduate with experience of 6 months, Even freshers can apply who have secured first class in Graduation.
Candidates from the western line only apply. Preference will be given to those only from the western line.
Note: Candidate must be willing to work in any shift from 7 AM to 11 PM (2 Rotational Shifts).
